This 1963 Falcon has original paint and is virtually rust free.
The trunk is getting a makeover with a new custom liner which is fabricated out of metal and MDF board.
Here is an example of a thin section being sliced out of the door. This brought the door in so the outside would be flush with the body, this was the only place where the door did not match the surrounding panels.
The car is on its way home, the owner will take care of finishing the interior.
