This Corvette was nearly ready for paint when it arrived. It has been built as a pro-touring car with all the amenities of a new car.

A couple spots of attention were needed to complete the body work before painting.

The inside of the hood is finished as nice as the ouside. It will be wet sanded and polished as well.

The "stinger" stripe is being laid out in preparation for masking.

The car is in black basecoat at this stage, clear to follow shortly.

The long and tedious job of wet sanding and polishing black, however, the results are worth the effort.
