The owner of this Datsun did all the metal work and most of the filler.

Doors are removed making it easier to sand.

Here are the front valance and air dam pieces.

New mounts were made to acommodate the fiberglass front fenders.

Both sides of the front valance were modified to fit the fiberglass front fenders.

On the left fender, the front edge was cut and lowered 1/2” to match the valance and grille.

Attention was paid to align all panel gaps.

A carbon fiber front spoiler is now being used instead of the air dam.
