There is some metal work to do in front of the rear wheel, both sides.

One of the doors had a large dent which was pulled out using studs welded to the door.

The rear frame crossmember was boxed in. Because this car is lowered, a skid bar was also added to protect the gas tank and rear bumper.

The the body repairs are finished and time for sanding and primer.

The middle section is painted the original color. This area is where the gray/charcoal woodgrain vinyl will go, so no need to use expensive paint in this area. The gray is painted around the door handles to blend in with the vinyl.

Because of the color change, door jambs also need to be painted.

The centre section is masked off and the rest of the car is painted with House of Kolor, Brandywine kandy base coat.
