This 1967 Camaro is getting a full body and paint restoration.
The body is mounted on the rotiserrie and the paint is being chemically stripped.
Small patch panels are welded in to replace rusted areas.
There was a significant dent in the rocker panel. The area was cut out, straightened out and welded back in place.
The front of the windshield opening is cut out and replaced with new material.
The muffler mounts are rebuilt.
Fuel tank braces are rusted out at the front.
The trunk floor close to the wheelhouses needs new metal.
The quarter panel is removed along with the outer section of the wheelhouse. Everything is fitted and positioned before welding.
The outer wheelhouse has new metal welded in. While the quarter panel is off the inside is painted.
The quarter panel is finished welding.

The quarter panel is only tacked on in this photo. After completing the welding the weld will be ground smooth.
The trunk filler panel was replaced with a new piece. After the old piece was removed the inside was painted before installing the new panel.
