Here is the project before teardown.
The box is removed and the frame is sandblasted.
The cab corners and bottom of the doors are replaced with new metal.
All holes in dash are welded closed.
The inside of the cab is almost ready for paint.
Inside of cab is painted.
This box is beyond repair, time to look for a different one.
Found a rust free box on a trip to Arizona. After fixing a few dents it will be ready for paint.
The truck is almost finished.
