The driver’s side of the car needed the same work done, other than the door hinge assembly. Here the new outer wheelhouse is installed and the new quarter panel is next.
The quarter panel is installed and the bottom of the front fender is replaced.
The lower rad support also needed to be rebuilt.
A section of fender from a donor car as well as a new lower patch panel are welded in place.
After repairing the lower rad support, a new lower valance is installed. The lower part of the front fender was replaced with a hand-formed piece.
A donor piece of the front nose section is welded in place.
The floors are also bing replaced with new panels.
Once the patches are removed the rust is revealed in the old floor and support. This will be repaired before the new floor is installed.
The new floor on the passenger side is finished.
Floors are installed and all the metal work is finished. Next, bottom of car to be painted and primer on the body.
The car is masked and prepped for paint
Paint is finished.
