Here are a couple of before pictures. This garden tractor has a 3 cylinder 20hp Yanmar diesel engine. The engine and drive train are good but a lot of other things are well worn and will be replaced.
The first task is to sandblast and paint the wheels in preparation for new tires.
There is no major damage on the hood, just some scuff marks. Decals will be removed prior to painting and new decals installed after.
The sheet metal is removed and a thorough pressure washing takes care of the grease and grime.
The steering axle is completely rebuit with new tie rod ends and spindle bushings. The frame is painted semi-gloss black and wheels with new tires are installed. The console pedestal is next to be removed and refinished.
Sheet metal is prepped before painting.
Hood and fender pan are finished.
The tractor is finished.
